I just wanted to write you a quick note and say how much I have enjoyed working with you and your crew during the build of my 900 horsepower 68 Charger. My family and I have really enjoyed coming by the shop and seeing the car being built along the way. The hundreds of hours of extreme quality work being put into my car can clearly be seen as your team builds our car. 

Our car was originally going to be a slightly modified 500 hp car, but when my son and I saw one of your recently finished 800hp blown Chargers sitting in the shop waiting to be shipped then we had to have one like it!

Thanks for being easy to work with and building our dream car with such care and quality workmanship. Thanks also for the great communication and quick responses to all our questions, changes and concerns. We can't wait to take this car all over to car shows.

In spring 2008 I began correspondence with Doug regarding his automotive restoration and sales services. I was very interested in purchasing a restored 1968 Dodge Charger. It had to be black. And Doug's eBay listing on professional painting and restoration caught my attention. Upon my initial discussions with Doug, I realized that he was honest and forthright. It became apparent to me that he would find and restore a Charger to the quality I was looking for with in my price range. Doug then searched for the exact vehicle I wanted. Within a couple weeks he called me when he found the car, upon which we drafted a contract for the exact items I was requesting to be included with the car. I then confidently paid him a down payment for the car and to begin the restoration process.

Doug kept me up to date with the progress of the restoration, sending photos via email to me every couple weeks. I appreciated his willingness to respond to my questions and concerns. When I initially asked if the vehicle had any rust in the trunk area, he said "yes" to which I verbally requested a new trunk pan be installed. This was not in the contract, yet he made sure it was done well, and done right. Knowing black is a very difficult color to paint, I was pleasantly surprised upon receiving the car at the results of the gloss and depth of the car's finish. The two stage paint job, base coat and clear coat, was fabulous. The wheels and tires, which were quite expensive, were also brilliant. All that I requested was included. I enjoyed the communication between Doug and myself during this three-month restoration project. He obviously prides himself in working with his customers, making sure they're happy and get what they pay for. I highly recommend Doug and his staff to provide you the quality and professionalism in restoring your vehicle. Rarely is it common anymore that you can deal with someone with the honesty and integrity of Doug's business, especially considering world wide web transactions. In the end, he delivered a nice product, one that I was very satisfied with.
